Take over when ARIA needs a hand
A low-confidence answer is flagged on the thread with the number itself, a group enquiry is escalated to the team, and you choose: send a reply, call back, mark it resolved, or take the conversation over.
Reservations at a glance
Covers, pre-orders and estimated revenue for the day; today, upcoming and pending queues; list, day, week and month views; tables and rooms side by side.
Leads, scored and actioned
What they want, the score, budget and timeline, then call, WhatsApp or email in one tap, and mark them contacted, qualified or lost with your notes.
Approve from the notification
A new booking request arrives as a push. Tap it, check the details, approve or decline. The guest is told straight away, and a request two people open at once cannot be approved twice.

How do I get the app?
Install it from the App Store or Google Play using the buttons on this page, then sign in with your dashboard email and password. Not a customer yet? Book a demo and you leave with an account.
Which login do I use?
The same email and password as your web dashboard. The session is stored in the phone's secure keychain, and you can sign out from the menu at any time.
Does it show the same data as the dashboard?
Yes. The app signs in to the same account and talks to the same platform as the web dashboard, so a booking approved or a conversation taken over on the phone is what the dashboard shows.
Does it work without a connection?
It needs an internet connection to load and act on live data. Push notifications arrive as soon as the phone is back online.
