What this notice covers

This notice explains how KineticIQ handles personal data collected on this website (kineticiq.ai), in line with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Our product platform has its own in-product privacy notice shown to end customers of the businesses we serve.

What we collect here

Demo requests: the name, work email, business name, industry, and message you choose to submit through the book-a-demo form.

Website chat: if you talk to the demo agent on this page, the messages you send are processed by our self-hosted AI to answer you.

We use no third-party analytics trackers and no advertising cookies on this site.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and prepare your demo. That is the purpose, and the only purpose.

We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.

Where it lives

Our servers are self-hosted in the European Union (Falkenstein, Germany). Demo-request emails are delivered via our transactional email provider. Your data does not pass through third-party AI APIs — our AI models run on our own hardware.

Retention & your rights

We keep demo enquiries for as long as needed to follow up, and delete them on request.

Under the PDPA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email hello@kineticiq.ai and we will action it promptly.
